Civicus Learning, Inc. and staff are dedicated to serve you and your anger education class needs.The following protocol will be followed prior to refunding a course payment.

• A written request for refund is required.E-mail civicus.learning@gmail.com or write to Civicus Learning, Inc., PO Box 13892, Palm Desert, CA 92255 to request a refund. 

• Each student is monitored as they move through the classwork.

• An identification of class placement will be established and a determination of refund eligibility will be established.

• If you read up to the first three pages of the class, and do not take the first exam after the third page a full refund, minus $15.00 for service fees, will be guaranteed.

• If you have completed all of the subtests but do not complete the final exam a 50% refund is available.

• Refunds are not available if the final exam has been taken and the certification of completion has been reached and or printed.

• Refund payment, and log of identification of class placement, will be sent out no later than 20 days after receiving an e-mail request for refund.

• If you do not receive your refund within thirty days of written request please contact us so that we may remedy the situation.
